Once a year Flux New Media Solutions selects a personal project which will promote skill development & self initiated learning.

'Essence of Creativity' was the first such project. The process began with an invitation to participate in the 2003 Moonee Valley Arts Week group exhibition. From the 33 exhibiting artists, 10 were chosen to to take part in the production of this interactive CD Rom.

Participants were interviewed over a 3 week period ... approximately 8 hours of video & 1500 still images were shot over this period ... the idea was born to explore artists working & living environment ... what inspires an artist to create?

Many hours were spent editing & preparing artwork until finally the interactive project was launched.
